The Relais & Châteaux Blue Margouillat offers one of the nicest and richest wine selection in la Réunion, including 1050 items available for tasting and 11,000 bottles of wine in the cellar. Made with passion over the years, this wine selection often grows with new "cuvées" and gets the most of the wisest ones kept in the cellar. All in good time is also the philosophy of Blue Margouillat's wine list, that is why we only suggest "cuvées" ready to be tasted.

WINE SERVICE

The sommelerie team of Relais & Châteaux Blue Margouillat ensures to advise and serve the wine with care and caution.
Every step is important to enjoy and respect the wine-grower’s job : the way of opening of the bottle, how to decant the wine in a carafe,
the temperatures of serving and the fitting glasses to each wine.  

The experienced head sommelier Vanessa Bonadio will guide her customers with professionalism according to their wishes, to the dishes they ordered and to their budget.

The Coravin system allows to taste a prestigious selection of about thirty wines by the glass.

Life under the tropics involves more meticulous care for the wines than anywhere else. In Relais & Châteaux Blue Margouillat, transports, preservation, temperatures of services are strictly respected to go well with the French and worldwide wines in the best way.
