Booking Conditions

A deposit of 30% of the total stay amount will be charged by the hotel as an advance payment.

The establishment reserves the right to refuse your booking if accredited organizations do not validate your card number.

The balance will be settled on-site on the day of your departure.

Hotel Insurance

We offer the option to subscribe to cancellation insurance, allowing you to cancel your stay free of charge until day J in case of illness.

The cost of this insurance is 4.5% of the reserved nights’ amount.

This insurance can also be taken out if you have booked using a gift card.

The INSURANCE option will be offered at the final step of your online booking.

Please note that without this insurance, the cancellation conditions remain the same as initially agreed upon.

Smoking

All our rooms are non-smoking.

Your Arrival

Your room will be available from 2:00 PM, and we kindly ask you to vacate it by 11:00 AM on your departure day.

You are welcome to enjoy the hotel throughout the day. A courtesy room for refreshing and luggage storage are available for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy

According to legislation, deposits are non-refundable.

In case of reduction in service more than 72 hours before the arrival date, 30% of the canceled service will be lost.

In case of reduction or cancellation less than 72 hours before arrival or no-show, the full amount of the reserved services will be charged to your credit card.

Deposits will be retained in case of early departure and cannot be used to settle days already spent at the hotel or claimed for a refund; cancellation fees will be 100% for canceled nights.
